Mad Scientist 1 - Sock High Twist 85/15
Mad Scientist skeins came about when I wanted to test how some new colours would "break", in order to see what colours made up the dyes I was using. This batch, Number 1, was made up of 4 colours, but I count DOZENS of colours in the speckles. They are random and highly variegated with the overall colour being blue, green, and purple.
This base is a high twist 2ply with 360 yards per 100g. Made up of 85% Superwash Merino and 15% Nylon, it is somehow incredibly soft without that plastic feel, and is perfect for anything that needs to be next to skin!
