Beachy - Southdown Sock

This is a listing for a 100g braid of Southdown Sock fibre in the colourway Vibrant Violet.  This is an intense blue-purple (blurple, if you will!) that has converted me, a self confessed purple-avoider. 

This fibre is a blend that I hope will be a great non-superwash fibre that works for socks and other hard-wearing garments and accessories.  With 75% Southdown Babydoll fibre, 12.5% Alpaca, and 12.5% Bio Nylon, it should be warm and less likely to felt because of the down breed.  The Bio Nylon is a more environmentally conscious version that adds strength but will biodegrade in a landfill environment.
